I have been under total control of lupus and I am likely to reduce my intake of steriods, for the sake of conception. Now, I am taking 10mg of prednisolone, Along 5mg and Envas 2.5mg for my BP was on the higher side. Now, I have a specific low salt, low fat diet too in order to reduce the risk of BP and kidney functions. I have also taken 6 pulses of cyclophosphomide-500mg injections(IV). I have been asked to repeat the C3 and C4 compliments again on the 20th of this month. So far, C3 is in the border limit and C4 is normal. After the operation, the same doctor told me that I was lucky that there was no cancer in the kidney and the partial kidney is removed on 1st April 2000. After this operation, there were no major disorders till one year. After almost one year of the operation, I first experienced a pinch in my right kidney while climbing stairs. From that point it never became normal, but pain started progressing. After X-ray it was revealed that there was little swelling only and no other disorder was detected then. The severity of the pain is same. I cannot run now, only simple walking with the right leg keeping straight. But now after around one year of the first knee pain, now I am experiencing pain on the other knee, hip both the shoulders,neck, low back pain, the elbows, fingers of the both hands and the ankles some in wrist and toes. 	Dear Doctor, One day morning I had neck and shoulder pain, as it doesnot subside with ointment, I went to a neurologist suspecting may be spondylosis. he checked and said it is not spondilysis but muscular and prescribed Rofact 12.5mg tablets for a week.
