Don'ts for Arthritis
Avoid eating hot, spicy and fried foods, sweets, gas forming foods like cabbage, cauliflower, spinach, broccoli and potatoes should be prohibited.
Avoid taking too much tea, coffee, alcohol, white sugar, yogurt, chocolate and cokes.
Excessive smoking and irrational use of antibiotics, pain killers and steroids may increase the symptoms of Arthritis.
Avoid sleeping during the day time, waking up late in the night and mental tensions like worry, anxiety, fear, stress and grief etc.
